In the premiere episode, “Mind Over Matter”, the connection between brain and body was explored with expert guests. Zappala and David Hardy, founder of Hardy Nutritionals®, talked about the critical link between nutrition and mental health.

Access Health was created by O2 Media, producers of the long-running branded entertainment shows Accesshealth®, Designing Spaces™, Mission Makeover™, and All Mixed Up™ all currently airing on Lifetime.
