If you have Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) or lupus, an autoimmune disease that attacks various parts of the body, about half living with lupus may go on to develop a serious complication called lupus nephritis. Lupus nephritis can create serious health problems, cause permanent damage to the kidneys, and can even lead to kidney failure.

Join host Ereka Vetrini as she helps bring lupus nephritis out of the shadows through her discussions with rheumatologist Dr. Alvin Wells and nephrologist Dr. Dawn Caster who explain what lupus nephritis is, who is at risk, and why routine urine testing is vital to uncovering lupus nephritis. Ereka is joined by Monique, a lupus nephritis warrior and advocate who shares her journey, and acts as a voice of encouragement to the lupus community. Ereka also learns about ALL IN for Lupus Nephritis, the first program of its kind in the lupus nephritis space providing information, tools, and resources.

This segment is sponsored by Aurinia, the creator of ALL IN for Lupus Nephritis.
