While Sydney Sweeney isn’t starring on the big screen like in the hit series Euphoria, The White Lotus, Anyone But You, or the new Madame Web, she is busy being a dog mom!
Dog Mom Life
Sweeney recently admitted she loves being a dog mom in an interview with PEOPLE. The actress, 26, opened up on how her canine companion plays a huge role in keeping her mental health in order.
“My dog, Tank, really is so important to my own self-care process,” Sweeny said. “Whether it is just playing with her, taking her to the dog park or taking her on a walk, it just lets me take a moment and unplug from everything else.”
But the Madame Web star says she also picks up a good book to decompress. “Usually, I’m reading. I love to read,” she said.
Sweeney’s Healthy Lifestyle
Sweeney lives a healthy lifestyle that extends to her physical health by working out. “I love to work out,” she says. The actress says her go-to exercise involved Solidcore, which is another version of Pilates and Sweeney says the workout is “so freaking good.”
“It’s the hardest workout you’ll ever have in your life,” she added. Another important factor for the Euphoria stars health is her water intake. “I only drink water,” she explained.
Hydration
Water makes up for about 50% to 70% of our body weight. Our bodies depend on water to survive, so it is important to make sure we are hydrated. Did you know every time you breath you lose water in your body? For your body to function properly, you must replenish its water supply.
According to health professionals, men should drink 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) per day and women should drink 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of water every day.
Sweeney’s New Partnership with Bai
Sweeney has a new partnership with Bai, a company that has a vast portfolio of flavored waters. The actress is a brand ambassador for the Bai and even crafted her own unique Raspberry Lemon Lime flavor.
“I love berries. I always start my morning with the bowl of berries, so when Bai came to me and said, ‘Let’s create your dream flavor,’ I was like, ‘I know that I’d love for it to have some type of raspberry infusion in it because I love raspberries.’”
She added how much she loves her new Bai drink, “It just became exactly what I want it to be, and with the electrolytes, antioxidants and zinc, it’s everything that I look for in a drink.”
