According to Glamour, Karol G shared her exercise regimen on her TikTok, offering her followers a peek into the hard work and dedication that allow her to maintain her fabulous physique. The Colombian singer’s workout routine is no joke; it involves a series of targeted exercises to strengthen and sculpt her glute muscles. 

Karol G Has an Intense Routine

As reported by El Tiempo, her glute-focused workout begins with 30 minutes of cardio to get her heart rate up and her body warmed up. Following the cardio session, she delves into the glute activation phase with band exercises, preparing her muscles for the more intense exercises to come. 

After activating her glutes, Karol G proceeds with leg extensions. She recommends performing this movement on an elevated step to ensure full extension and using weights suitable for each individual’s capabilities. 

The intense workout continues with weighted hip thrusts, a move she humorously refers to as her secret weapon for “growing her booty.” Karol G uses three 25-pound discs and one 10-pound disc on each side for this exercise. She completes four sets of 12 repetitions or 10, depending on the weight she is lifting, showcasing her dedication to achieving her fitness goals. 

The reggaeton star’s routine doesn’t stop there. She follows up with glute extensions and abductor exercises, targeting specific areas to achieve a well-rounded and sculpted physique. 

To complete her glute-building workout, Karol G incorporates weighted squats, adding yet another challenging element to her fitness routine. And as any fitness enthusiast knows, a strong core is essential, so she wraps up her workout with plank exercises to engage her abdominal muscles.
